PARTICIPANTS NEED TO KNOW:
- Parents of all participating children are required to bring a signed copy of the liability waiver to the party.
- Ensure that each participant is dressed appropriately for the weather.
- Guests are not permitted to wear sandals, crocs, heels, or canvas shoes.
- Participants should wear long pants and shoes or boots with a small heel.
- All kids participating must bring bicycle helmet or helmet of some sort to wear while they are working with the minis.
- We kindly request that parents remain on-site to assist. Recommended ratios are outlined below.
PARTY ORGANIZERS NEED TO KNOW:
- You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your party’s scheduled time to decorate the party room and set up.
- Please do not attach anything to the walls with nails or tacks.
- You are welcome to bring your own food and set it up as desired, but please avoid food containing peanuts or nuts.
- We kindly ask that you clean up your garbage and decorations after the party; otherwise, a cleaning fee will apply.
- Please ensure you have enough help during the party to maintain the safety and enjoyment of all the children.
- Required number of organizer-provided assistants (parents): Ages 4–9: 1 adult to 3 kids | Ages 10+: 1 adult to 5 kids

How many ponies will be available at the party?
The number of ponies provided depends on the package selected and the number of participants. Please refer to the birthday packages and add-ons available for what you desire.
Can we bring our own decorations and food?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decorations and food. However, nothing can be nailed or tacked to the walls, and we ask that you avoid food containing peanuts or nuts.
How far in advance should we book a party?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Rain or shine, we’ll be ready to host your party. We will make every effort to proceed with the party as planned indoors, only severe weather conditions may require adjustments or rescheduling.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Non-refundable purchase - can be rescheduled up to 3 times in 1 calendar year or credit can be applied to redeem admission to the Munchkins & Minis 8-week program (1 year validity)

From Oshawa, head north on Simcoe St N (Highway 2), then turn onto Regional Rd 57 (Old Scugog Rd) and follow it to Blackstock. The destination at 12200 Old Scugog Rd is about 15–30 minutes away, depending on traffic.
