Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed and payment is processed, the total amount is non-refundable.
Conditions
Rescheduling:
We understand that sometimes plans change. You may reschedule your party up to 14 days before the event date without any additional charges. Rescheduling requests made within 13 days of the event will incur a rescheduling fee of $50.
Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee your preferred date will be open.
Weather Policy:
In the case of severe weather (as determined by our staff), the event will be rescheduled at no additional cost. We prioritize the safety of our guests and animals.
Cancellations:
If you cancel your booking for any reason, please note that all payments are non-refundable.
No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will forfeit the full amount without the option to reschedule.
Participant Guidelines:
All participants must adhere to the safety guidelines provided. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the termination of the event without a refund.
COVID-19 Policy:
If government restrictions related to COVID-19 prevent the event from taking place, we will offer a reschedule or credit for a future event.
